A four person company grows one person at a time. Remote within the EU, with one in-person trip per quarter. Apply by email; a cover letter that mentions a real thing we did gets read first.

Platform engineer

Berlin or remote (EU) · full time

Run the instance provisioning and the disk image pipeline.
Comfortable with Linux, containerd, and the occasional firmware issue.
You will be on the on-call rotation from month three.
Salary 75k to 95k EUR depending on how much you can already do.

Model serving engineer

Remote (EU) · full time

Own the scheduler that packs models onto GPUs.
Experience with torch, transformers, and real production latency budgets.
You will talk to customers when the queue misbehaves.
Salary 80k to 100k EUR.

Support engineer

Remote (EU) · part time, 20h

First line on the support inbox and the status page.
You do not need to be an expert; you need to be straight about what you do not know and willing to look it up.
Salary 30k EUR pro-rata.
